Visiting the site

This site has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare receives technical data that every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare acts as our data processor for the request logs it makes available to us. For some other data, such as security and network data, Cloudflare acts as an independent controller under its own policy. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We have not turned on Cloudflare Web Analytics or any other add-ons.

If you type the address without "www", your request first reaches the redirect server of Spaceship, Inc., our domain registrar. It receives the same kind of technical request data, such as your IP address, and sends you on to the www address. See the Spaceship Privacy Policy.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, we get:

• Your name, so we know who wrote and can address our reply.
• Your email address, so we can reply to you.
• Your message, so we can read and answer it.

We use these only to read and answer your message. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell or share your details for marketing. The form also sends a one-time security check result from Cloudflare Turnstile, which we use only to block automated spam.

Who handles a form message

• Cloudflare, Inc.: Cloudflare Pages hosts this site and runs the small piece of code that receives the form and passes it on. That code doesn't store or log your message. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. It looks at technical signals from your browser and doesn't use them to track you across sites. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers the message to our inbox as an email. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace (Google LLC) hosts our company inbox, where the message is kept. See the Google Workspace data processing terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Spaceship, Inc., our domain registrar, runs the redirect from the address without "www" (see above). It doesn't receive form messages. See the Spaceship Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

• Resend keeps a copy of each sent email and its delivery logs for 30 days, then deletes them.
• Our inbox (Google Workspace) keeps the message for as long as we keep it there: up to 12 months after our last reply, unless we need it longer for an ongoing matter or the law requires it. Then we delete it.
• Cloudflare doesn't keep the message. Turnstile's own data is handled under its addendum above.

Your choices

Requests to access or delete your data can be made through our contact form, and we respond within 30 days.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, including asking us to delete a message you sent through the form. Send the request through the contact form and say what you'd like us to do. We'll reply by email and delete it from our inbox. Copies at Resend are deleted automatically after 30 days. We don't sell personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
